ELIGIBILITY This tournament is open to all active Assistant pros PGA of Quebec members.
TYPE OF PLAY This 18 holes competition is an individual stroke play tournament for the Assistant Pros and a team event (1 assistant and 1 professional (head pro, head teaching pro, executive pro or life pro)
PURSE and RANKING POINTS The total purse for this tournament will be determined after the inscription deadline. Points will be awarded in the official PGA of Quebec ranking. (See details on www.pgaquebec.com)
In case of a tie, points and purse will be awarded equally between tied positions. The tournament champion will be awarded points and purse for the first position.
PGA OF CANADA TRAINING ACADEMY The Class A professionals will receive a credit for their re-specialization. (Maximum of 5 credits out of 20 for the tournament participation. )
TOP 25 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PRESENTED BY G&G GOLF All professionals will receive points in the Top 25 ranking.
REGISTRATION FEES & PROCEDURE
- Inscription fees are $150 plus taxes;
- All participants must register at www. pgaquebec.com;
- Fees are payable at moment of registration;
- Inscription fees are subject to GST and QST (GST 762714897 / QST 1225654171);
- Late or incomplete registration will not be accepted and the PGA of Quebec cannot be held responsible;
- Unpaid or partially paid inscription on the registration deadline will be rejected.
REFUND POLICY
Before the deadline : Inscription fees will be refunded if an official withdrawal is sent to the PGA of Quebec. Services fee of 25$ will be retained.
After the deadline : Their is no refund after the registration deadline. In case of an illness, registration fees will be refunded upon receiving a doctor's note. Services fee of 25$ will be retained.
REGISTRATION ON DAY OF THE EVENT Professionals must registered officially to the PGA of Quebec staff when arriving at the facility on the day of the event. The registration will be electronic. Details will be sent to participants before the event.
TEE TIMES Tee times will be made available 4 days before the tournament.
TIE BREAKS The tournament champion will be determined with a sudden-death playoff, immediately after the round. All players involved in the tie break must present and ready to play according to the instructions. A draw will determined the order of play. Unavailable player will end in the last position of the playoff.
RULES OF GOLF Golf Canada rules of golf (ARGC) and PGA of Quebec local rules regulate the play. Local rules will be available at tee off. Local rules, on the host golf club score card do not apply. The competition committee of the PGA of Quebec will ultimately decide on all claims and disputes.
DRESS CODE AND SPIKES
• Participants must dress in accordance with the PGA of Quebec dress code. Details www.pgaquebec.com
• Shoes with metal spikes, or traditionally made (ceramic, plastic, etc. ) are prohibited. The penalty for this violation is DISQUALIFICATION.
