ELIGIBILITY This tournament is open to all active members of the PGA of Quebec Class A and apprentice professionals. Please make your own team with 1 amateur. If you cannot find an amateur please contact the PGA of Quebec.

FORMAT This 18 hole competition will have an individual stroke play and also a team net best ball a pro with an amateur (80% handicap, max 18 strokes), Register as a team with a member of your club, please contact the PGA of Quebec if you do not have an amateur partner.

PURSE AND RANKING POINTS The total purse for this tournament will be determined following the registration deadline.
SFL Player Ranking points will be awarded for individual professional scores. In the event of a tie in the same position, the purse and the points will be shared equally between the players for the tied positions.

TOP 25 All professionals will receive points on the Top 25 Professional Development rankings presented by G&G Brands.

REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO REGISTRATION DEADLINE Registration fees are refunded if written notice of withdrawal is received at the PGA of Quebec. .AFTER the registration deadline: There are no refunds after the registration deadline. However, in the event of illness, the registration fees are reimbursed upon receipt of a medical certificate. A $25 service charge is withheld.

TEE TIMES Tee times will be available 4 days before the start of the tournament.

PLAY-OFF The individual tournament champion will be determined in a sudden death play off immediately after the end of play. All players affected by this playoff must be present and ready to proceed as instructed. The teeing order is determined by draw. Any player not immediately available will finish last in the playoff. Tiebreaker for the team competition will be determined by retrogression (best result holes 9-18)

RULES OF GOLF The Rules of Golf Canada and the Local Rules of the PGA of Quebec govern play. Additional local rules will be available at the first tee. Local host club scorecard rules do not apply. The PGA of Quebec Competition Committee shall ultimately adjudicate all claims and disputes.

DRESS CODE
• Competitors must adhere to the PGA of Quebec dress code which is available at www.pgaquebec.com
• Shoes with metal studs or traditionally designed studs of any composition (ceramic, plastic, etc.) are prohibited. The penalty for violating this condition is DISQUALIFICATION.
• Bermuda shorts will be permitted.
