ELIGIBILITY
This tournament is open to all active members of the PGA of Québec Class A and apprentice.
We suggest that you choose your own team of two (2) professionals. Each pro must register individually and write his/her partners name in the ‘team box’.
If you are unsuccessful in finding a partner but you would really like to participate in the event, please contact Eric Couture at eric@pgaquebec.com to find a partner.
The PGA of Québec reserves the right to accept additional registrations after the deadline, but only if there is space available. Each of these cases will be evaluated by the General Manager (additional fees will apply).
PLAYING FORMAT
This 18-hole competition will have two playing formats:
- Team competition for the pros (2 ball best ball);
- Team competition of four (2 pros and 2 amateurs): Group best ball (100% of the handicap for amateurs and gross scores for the pros).
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee for this competition is $ 160 per professional.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times will be available at least 7 days prior to the start of the competition.
PURSE AND RANKING
The total purse for this competition will be determined after the registration deadline.
SFL Ranking: Points will be awarded for the individual professional ranking.
In the event of a tie for first place, a playoff will be held to determine the winner and award the purse and points to a champion. For all other positions, the prize money and points will be shared equally among the tied players.
TOP 25: All professionals will receive points in the Top 25 Professional Development ranking.
REFUND POLICY
- Before the registration deadline: if the PGA of Québec receives a written withdrawal (email), the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- After the registration deadline: There are no refunds after the registration deadline. The only situation where we can refund a player is if he/she suffers an injury that prevents him/her from taking part in the competition.
