Assistant Professional - Hillsdale Golf Club

Eric Mercier, head professional at Hillsdale Golf Club in Mirabel, is looking for an assistant professional for the 2021 season and beyond.

Founded in 1953, Hillsdale Golf Club is one of the most beautiful 36 private holes in the province.  Course with a very active membership in 2020, there are always very good playing conditions. The successful candidate must be bilingual and must be able to provide a level of customer service within the standards set by management for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Help the reigning professional in the day-to-day operations of the golf shop (min of 20-30 hours)
- Employment from April to October
- Teaching, individual or group lessons and supervising juniors.
- Playing with members of all levels
- Offer a first-class golf experience to our members and guests.
- Repairs and adjustments of sticks.
- Supervising staff in stick storage.
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of the PGA of Canada.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in marketing and retail operations.
- Ability to excel in a team environment.
- Knowledge of GGGolf and Acomba
Compensation:
- Salary to be discussed by experience
- 100% of course income
- A full staff package at the equipment level.
- Discount on meals used
