GOLF PROFESSIONAL
Club de Golf Le Maitre / La Bête, owned by ClubLink is looking for a year-round class "A" golf professional.
Located in the beautiful region of Tremblant, Le Maitre a club has members of the big ClubLink family and La Bête an Hybrid golf club located a few steps from Le Maitre.

Job Requirements:
Under the immediate authority of the Director of Operations, the candidate's responsibilities are:
• Hire, train and establish an organizational structure to direct professional staff and personnel of the various golf related services;
• Be on the lookout for the latest trends and teaching technologies
• Ensure the satisfaction of the Golf Club's Membership and clientele ;
• Welcome and integrate new members;
• Organize the internal tournaments of the Club with the collaboration of the captain's committees;
• Advise members and purchase golf related equipment;
• Support external tournaments;
• Ensure the quality and frequency of communications with members and different departments;
• Ensure relations with business partners;
• Ensure proper maintenance of the driving range and fleet of carts;
• Manage the golf operating budget.

Skills:
• Class A member in good standing of the PGA of Quebec and the PGA of Canada;
• Have a strong combination of training and experience in management, sales and customer service and knowledge of the principles of financial management;
• Experience in Golf Shop management would be an asset;
• Demonstrate leadership and be a good communicator;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate objectives effectively;
• Required IT knowledge (Office, Outlook, Team, SharePoint and others);
• Bilingualism required (French-English).
The contractual agreement includes the following elements:
• Salary scale - to be negotiated between the parties;
• Bonus system offered by the club – to be negotiated between the parties;
• Income from education - to be negotiated between the parties.
• Group insurance after 3 months
• RRSP available

• Start date – to be negotiated between the parties
