ANDRÉ NOLS IN CHICOUTIMI FOR THE NEXT FIVE SEASONS

Blog au 9 1/2

Who said you were never a prophet in your country? Probably not André Nols.
The adopted Saguenean for almost three decades is there to stay, for at least
another five years.
This is the length of the contract that André has just signed with the management of the
Chicoutimi golf club  in the role of professional.

He'll be pairing with Carl Bouchard at the general management.
His entry into the scene follows the recent departure of Jonathan Moreau, who accepted
the dual job of pro manager at the Bic club in Rimouski.

Canada's 1976 Junior Champion learned his golf at the Vallée du Richelieu Golf Club.
He spent almost twenty years at the helm of the neighbouring club Saguenay, Arvida, before investing
at the Le Jeannois club.

He worked at Le Ricochet club in Chicoutimi until recently.
He comes from a golf family. His brother Jacques, who was president of Golf Quebec and
Golf Canada, is also an international luminary in the rules.
André Nols has already been awarded the Quebec PGA Education Award, which
qualified for the implementation of junior and member coaching.
