Two Courses, One Cause: Success for the Hadassah-WIZO Pro-Am for Children

Île-Bizard, July 6, 2026 – The PGA of Québec was proud to once again partner with the Hadassah-WIZO Pro-Am for Children, held today at the Elm Ridge Golf Club. Spread across the South and North courses, participants enjoyed a challenging day of golf marked by high-quality competition and a commitment to an important cause.

In addition to the Pro-Am, played under a two best balls net format, professionals from the PGA of Québec also competed in an individual competition. Since players were split between Elm Ridge’s two courses, four titles were up for grabs: a professional champion on each course, as well as a winning Pro-Am team on each.

On the North Course, Tim Alarie emerged victorious with a score of 66 (-6). Top honors in the Pro-Am went to the team of professional Philippe Mongeau and amateurs Chris Boky, Kevin Mabounsoun, and Marc Malafra.

On the South Course, Alexis Clément claimed the individual title after a one-hole playoff against Brandon Lacasse, thanks to a round of 68 (-4), while the team consisting of professional Yann Béland and amateurs Barry Cohen, David Epstein, and Moe Liebman posted the best performance of the day in their category.

The PGA of Québec would like to extend a warm thank you to Accès Physio, whose team was on hand before the tee-off to provide treatments and services to participants. Their presence is always greatly appreciated by the players and contributes to the success of every event.
